Some full grow shots from this afternoon. All in all I have been happy with this grow. I am still confused about the 1 plant that started yellowing. Its weird because it actually has the biggest buds out of all of them and looks more mature too.

Next time I grow in coco I am going to change a few things especially how long I feed grow nutes for. I think instead of starting with bloom feed when I change to 12/12 I am going to feed with grow nutes till the stretch has completed. I am going to see if my theory is correct.




Some pics of things to show how the Aero Stuff is going. Its crazy the rate they are growing. I am really impressed.

The roots really are nice. Real strong and white. I added an airstone yesterday like someone else mentioned as the roots are all now hanging in the water. The PH seems to have remained stable @ 5.85 since putting in the airstone which is great.

I have been checking PH every 24 hours to make sure there are not any major fluctuations..

Its a bit boring really. Nothing has gone wrong... Yet.. Touch Wood

Sounds good milk ya made, of course, one has to find the right dose through experimentation. I made some cakes a couple of years ago that were labelled 'the blackout batch' cos everyone ended uo falling into a deep sleep 2-3 hours after munching one, I definitely fucked up the dosage on those!

You're absolutely correct about not switching to bloom nutes until the stretch has stopped, I don't switch to the bloom nutes until 2-3 weeks into 12/12, depending on strain.

The correct NPK ratios for veg and early bloom are 3-1-2. once the stretch as stopped and blooming actually underway it changes to 1-1-2 then to finish you cut the N so need 0-1-2.

Chempak #4 happens to be 1-1-2 so ideal asa bloom nute, but sadly they don't make a 3-1-2 or 0-1-2. For 0-1-2 you need to mix mono PK with sulphate of potash, I have the recipe for that if you need. To get the 3-1-2 you could just add some calcium nitrate to the Chempak #4. Pistil whipped posted recipes to make all three ratios yourself in my mono PK thread.

that is so funny, because long ago when i first started i had the same thing happen, i made some brownies and they were strong. i passed them out and me and all my friends fell asleep for 2 or 3 hours as well. my friend veronica even slept threw picking her kids up from school.

Those Brownies sound epic. Dude the horrible thing was I could not even watch TV. Everything I watched was just sending my mind round the bend. I tried to feed the spiders but somehow got it into my head that the crickets knew I was about to end their lives and they were conspiring against me. I then started laughing uncontrollably because I realized what I was thinking,

I decided the best place for me was in bed where my head was in bits.. Everytime I closed my eyes I had flashing stobes pinging in my eyeballs.. I had some decent Paranoia too that I managed to keep under control. The wierdest thing was I couldnt stop thinking about a post on Mr.Nice about Pyramids.

Thinking back now.. Maybe using about an oz or two of weed in 1L of milk was a bit much..

zigger mate that reminds me of my mate who used to smoke weed. I gave him a few spliffs worth and thought nothing of it. Later that night I get a frantic call from him saying that he had brought some birds back to his and decided to spark up a spliff.. One of the birds had passed out and was drooling and like breathing real heavy. I could hear the other bird in the background laughing her head off at her mate everytime she grunted and made a funny sound.. Anyways I eventually persuaded this lot that the comatose bitch was not gonna die and she didn't need an ambulance ha-ha.

So anyways a few days later I see my mate again and he hands me back the weed I had given him. He tells me he never wants to smoke again after the mindfuck he had that night. To this day he still does not smoke..

My fat mate had three of those brownies, slept for 3 days, greedy sod!

Another time I left some brownies cooling in the kitchen and was sat in front room, heard a crash and went out to check on them, my mate's dog who I was looking after for the week while he was on holiday had knocked them off the owrktop and was in the process of eating them. I managed to grab most of them and when I counted them relaised he had eaten two. Oh fuck.

So I was presented with the sight of a Jack Russel tripping it's tits off for a couple of hours, running round barking, chasing invisible birds or something, then he got very upset and looked like he was feeling very sorry for himself, then he collapsed, couldn't stand up and just lay on the carpet moaning. I put him in bed and left him. Next morning he couldn't stand up still and peed everywhere. Took him most of the next day to recover, when he did he ate a ton of dog food, he was fine in the end but for two days he was a very messed up lil doggie. Never told my mate what had happened. Never told anyone the brownies had been on the kitchen floor either, I just rinsed em off under the tap and handed em out to my friends in the pub. lol

Sounds like you put way too much in 1l of milk, I've made bhang lassi before and an eighth in a litre is enough to mess most people up for a good few hours! I have a friend called Sugar who I test everything on, he's an idiot and will try anything! First time I made oil I wanted to know how strong it was so rang Sugar, told him to come round, he did and I dipepd a Regal kingsize in the oil so it was soaked then watched him smoke it. Oh dear, overdid that one a bit, he couldn't sit in the kitchen chair, had to go sit in an armchair so he didn't fall off so easy. He was pulverised by that one, but he said he enjoyed it. lol

that ate a nice chunk of some killer , and it turned into a bobblehead for 13 hours, it would wake up look around its head would shake and it would go back to sleep. o my god these stories are killing me, i am sitting here cracking up.

Zigger mate. When I was a kid I use to take a bit too much LSD. I can remember giving some too my cat who I thought would get completely smashed and do mad shit.. Nothing ever happened.. Damn thing just fell asleep.

Today I have been real busy. Its almost like since I got fucked up I have re-newed energy and I am a lot more motivated.

I finished the "breeding room" and got everything up into the loft. There is nothing related to growing in the house. Its kinda weird

I had to build the space where I will flower the males. It was not that hard at all as I had some left over plasterboard. I just need something to go over the door so will need to get some more plasterboard tomorrow. Just need a small piece. I am only going to have a PL-L Fluro in there as I don't think males need much light do they? A little unsure It also gives me a nice shelf to work on. I can do potting up and mixing the nutes etc. Its worked out quite well.

The Cheese Plants are probably good to come down now. They have been on plain water for a while now and were given some Final Flush the other night. I had a nice squeeze of the nugs and they are all SOLID. They are like coconuts. I am well mate up. Even the lower buds are hard. No airbuds!!



My Mount Cook male has started shooting his load and I have got some tinfoil round all the inter-nodes where there are loads of sacks. I am just going to leave it in the tinfoil till I have some more then leave it to dry..

Cheers Mate, This Aero Bizness really is simple. It seems the key to good growing with them is low temps. Since moving upstairs into the loft where things are a bit cooler they have done a bit better.

Thanks for the tip on the pollen. I don't plan on keeping it for ages. I have got a load of pollen now and killed the male and taken cuttings. My plan is to just pollinate one plant to see what to expect. It will be interesting to see the outcome - I probably wont even keep the pollen in the fridge and just leave it to dry till I use it..

Nice st up coming along doobz....

A tip for collecting pollen is to bend the plant over a glass pyrex dish and collect the pollen with a blade. I find this the most simple & hasstle free way to collect my pollen.

I harvested last Wednesday night and its been drying on the drying racks since then at 23c in the dark. It seems mostly dry now. Stems are still not completely snapping but they are smokable. In the end I got just under 19oz off the 9 plants.

I am probably not going to keep this strain after the aeroponic grow that I am doing now..

Only 600w BH but at one stage (about 3 weeks) I had the two HPS's on the go because of the other grow..

I dunno why I am not happy really. Maybe once its had a decent cure etc it will be worth making another decision. I need to sort out your sample but will wait till this is nicely cured etc..

19oz off a 600 is pretty damn good. Sounds like that cut yields better than the Exodus.
