I'm in Berlin tomorrow Penny. I love Germany, walking the parks with a friend I'd met for the first time and sharing a joint a few weeks ago is one of my favorite memories of Germany, it's a special place.

In my splurging across the range, EQ never appealed, so I’ll enjoy giving these seeds a test.
Hardest decision will be what males to introduce to the mix.
Should be fun, mine could be the last in if all the other testers get their grows going in a timely manner. 👍

So I will pop these next year. Maybe next to Early Skunk Haze :)

This question is of topic @shantibaba and i really hope it doesn't feel rude or disapointing that i ask for that. But could it be possible to recreate the Silver Pearl Strain? That Weed/Strain was so uplifiting and good, i have still sleepless nights how to get her Back again.

#Sounds like a fun challange. There must be some incredible things left to be uncovered in the naturals. I would really like another Silver Pearl.

This is an old pic below lifted from the Sensi diary of the old version of SP.Screenshot 2026-01-14 at 13.32.19.png.
The ones below are from my personal collection. I can't say if the clone is from a Silver Pearl but there was a famous Pearl doing the rounds many years ago. The clone in my Images goes by the moniker "Blues"

I'm sticking to the Nice guys seeds & Shanti's work. It's already a 110% improvement. Buying these retail seeds in this fancy packaging that has been shown off in a display case, in and out the fridge more times than and out of date Branston pickle & mayonaise isn't a way to be buying seeds IMHO. I don't buy many seeds and when they are non geminators it sucks. I did get the Pearl and the JF to grow the second time round 500 worse off for seeds and a few k in bills.

I would really like Silver Pearl and Juicy Fruit if they can be made as a limited edition under different names like Early Pearly & Thai Afghan to avoid any sore arses. I'll sign up now for the Testers and I'll put some money into the pot to get the ball rolling. I'll even come rouge out the unwanted plants free of charge :)

I'm sure there's a NL#2 kicking about and a Thai. The mother to the Early pearl Skunk needs some Ortega dad all over it and maybe a NL#2 for good measure.

I’m 100% with you on that. I don’t need any fancy packaging or hype names for strains either — there’s just way too much marketing nonsense these days.

Since my first grow with MNS, I’ve hardly run anything else, except for some Serious Seeds gear and Jack Herer, which I couldn’t afford back when I was younger. I was really happy with it, even though I don’t have a direct comparison to the late 90s / early 2000s versions.

Back then I also had JF from Sensi, and that one was definitely a banger too — no idea how it compares today.

I’d also be down to chip in to help bring the SP back to life, and honestly, I couldn’t care less about the name of the strain.

As mentioned earlier, we planned to get this test going with seeds mailed after Easter. From Shanti's message, we are on target. I'm thinking that the next 2-3 weeks we should start seeing seeds coming to your door.
As you know, I also launched some HAQE (EQxAH). Several days ago, I put 10 in water, with 9 cracking. So far I see 8 of 9 cotyledons (seed leafs) breaking the soil surface. So, I will be following your journals closely to compare results.
After my current grow, I plan to grow the SHAC (SSHxAC) so will be a little behind you braddahs.
I'm looking forward to the grows and in fact am encouraging Shanti to make available the SHAC on a permanent basis. Let's do what we can to convince him that this would be a sound move. And oh, wasn't that nice of Shanti offering to ship your auction winnings along with your testers for free? What a gentleman.
Lastly, let's keep this thread clean. Talk of other strains other than the current testers should be continued in a separate thread. Again, thank you all for your participation.

I've a few straws of this and Early Skunk Haze suspended in Cryofreeze! I'd like to run some in a few years, when I've more space.
