Advice for Bubblebags

Hello,

I have read about ice water hash and understand how it works. As I am going to try for the first time soon I want to ask for advice on which micron sizes you would choose.

My idea is to mix the different micron content together. Which micron bags deliver the best quality?

Thanks for your suggestions.

Cheers,

You're always going to pay over the odds for branded bags, and there are lots to choose from.
Unbranded bags will be less expensive, but you'll need to do a bit of research to find a reliable vendor.
I use 45, 90 & 120 filter bags and a 200 wash bag
There are some great hash makers on the forum, so I'd look around at past conversations on here.
@quinxstar always shows great work, so maybe look at some of their past posts

You really cannot beat a good bit of homemade hash ❤️

Thanks @DannyTwoJoints for your recommendations. Definetly not going for the brand ones! I was interested in knowing the micron sizes you guys recommend.

I actually started smoking more weed when hashish started to decline 20 years ago in my area. It is a pity they did not recognized the unique product they had. Even third grade was good enough back then in the 90's, imagine dry sieve bubble hash. Sure there must be good stuff in Morocco nowadays.

Now I go My way DIY...

Cheers,

I love some good water hash and have been making this for more than 20 years!
Best advice regarding micron size is imo:

-220 micron to catch big particles and debris.
-180 micron catches some heads but mostly small green particles.
-45 micron catches most of the heads and doesn't clog up fast.

So 220, 180 and 45µ for a clean full spectrum hash.

25micron does yield some but these are small heads and for me not so potent.
Enjoy making your hash, I will bet that it is going to be the best you had.:)

So you throw away the content of the 220 after a second run for example. Then the 180 you can use to infuse and the 45 is the good stuff. Correct?

Hello everybody,

the micron question is clear. Now I want to ask about how much material is optimum to run at a time. If you have a 20l washing machine and 500gr of buds how would you proceed?

Thanks in advance for the ideas...

in the thread @musashi post here you have the answer
