Onward Through the Haze

Checked on some cuts I did a few weeks ago and they appear rooted and on their way.

Aloha fellow firewalkers!

It's been a fun 24 hrs. here. Last night, I went into the mail male room lol just before lights out to take some pics. Ever so slowly, sitting by the plants for the photos; even my slight breathing had the plants moving back and forth, pollen dropping from the clusters. They are ready. MoxieMango pollen 🔥💯☢️⚠️ I will shake them onto the tinfoil before funneling pollen into a bottle :D. I plan to hit the females today depending...

Later that evening I was chillin watching TV with Mango IBL in hand when I heard a big crash. We had a huge snow and ice storm recently. Looking out my patio door I noticed that my entire patio roofing 20'x12' had collapsed. It took out the patio furniture and my barbie !!!! Whew, it fell away from the house siding. I haven't looked yet to see if it took out the brick wall surrounding the patio. TG for insurance.

Today is gonna be a busy day with fertilization and dealing with insurance adjusters.

Oh man, good luck with your snow situation Mu! A couple days ago I thought about starting a new forum on what kind of weather we are all having since it was -10 below zero Fahrenheit in my area. With the wind chill it was -25-30 F! We had some snow before the brutal cold but only about 4 inches. Today it has warmed up to around 18 F so far with a high of 20. Will venture out today for the first time in a few days. Once again, good luck and you have a great attitude.

Slotta ice on that patio roof! 😲 Good Luck with the insurance adjusters. If it's a female - say something nice about her shoes. A male - say something nice about his car. They help determine the money you get. Make them want to give you lottsa money!

HTH,

Longball

Waiting for the insurance adjuster but in the meantime Happy Pollination Day! I hope to get it all done today with the MoxieMango pollen. The buds are now popping everywhere now, lots of good sites to sprinkle on. There is a late blooming Holy Hanh (Grail) Mango I need to take some last minute cuts from too.

Rolling with the punches lol. Another week before the insurance adjuster gets here but at least the lights are on now. My neighbors across the street are not so lucky, they have been out of power for a week now. An elderly couple, I am making sure they are safe. As for myself, I will be extra diligent in inspecting plants for intersex considering the off and on light adventure these last few days.
Excitement aside it is business as usual. The plants are responding well to the strictly tea waterings. All organic, the pots seems to hold water longer with silica and yucca additions. They received a foliar 2 days ago followed by a watering yesterday. At this 5 week juncture, the growth spurt has slowed somewhat. The tallest plants are at 49" (124cm) this morning.
The BackDoorMan x Mango crosses came to flower earliest. Most are tall, maintaining the short side branching and columnar growth of their Doors parents. Buds are not as rounded as typical of the Doors but are more spear shaped coming from the Mango side. Once the site is able to upload pictures easier, I will show pics of the orig. BDM(NHxDoors) for comparison. So far, the addition of MHI looks to have improved an already great cross between Neville's Haze and the Doors. 😀

Here's a Holy Hanh Grail(Holy Hanh x BDM) x Mango Haze IBL. She is shorter than the rest, fatter leaves and flowering earlier.
