Curandera (Diesel x Medicine Man)

I cut the stem with the male flowers intact and place em in a small jar of water like you would a flower arrangement. Then I put the jar in a box or lidded container lined with baking paper or a mirror or something really smooth. The flowers stay alive long enough to drop all their pollen it’s very effective and efficient, then I scrape up the pollen carefully and put in something to use or store. I’m about to do this again so I’ll take a photo.

Aloha fellow firewalkers!

The weekly update. 6 weeks and several plants are showing color, dispensing fan leaves. Smells of pine and fuel in this corner are definitely happening now. I love the smell of myrcene in the morning haha. And if you get closer, a delicious grape smell on certain ones. They're dustin' up nicely!

Aloha fellow firewalkers!

Week 7 with 3 weeks to go. The administration of calmag slowed the yellowing, the newer plants initiated earlier show no signs of yellowing.

One could almost think you cannot take better photos, but this time you have rised the bar again @musashi

Such a Nice pics . . .

Aloha fellow firewalkers!

I sampled the first one that I harvested (Curandera #7) last night. She has been taken off the dry line and put in a paper grocery bag for further pre-cure drying. A smaller yielding plant, she is very sticky and a creeper! At first, out of habit, I was expecting the usual haze euphoria. Instead, she brings a nice, steady warmth on- kind of like those late summer afternoons on the beach waiting to catch the last ride 🌊 😎. I watched a Christmas movie. Thanks for the nudge @acrid! Lol. I had a big smile on my face while drinking some hot chocolate.
