Curandera (Diesel x Medicine Man)

Souns like an improvement to me. I really look for some hot blooded MedMan i read in some seedvendors Medicine Man user review that the MM he ran performed great under LED even with the temps beeing as low as 12°C and still was vigorous and grew happily regardless the cold which would be and outstanding attribute to infuse some SD with imho
(as you can guess i had some low temp issues before...)

What aromas are you usually getting from pure MM if you mind sharing?

Aloha fellow firewalkers!

Be careful what you wish for. As you know, I planted more seeds as the initial germ was sparse for my proposed preservation pollination. As it turned out, I got 5/6 more females making for 15 count. It's gonna be a crowded room lol. The last batch yielded citrus and grape smells. Diesel has clear-headed sativa highlights with a relaxed body high intensified with the addition of the Medicine Man. It's a happy pain-free feeling that causes a good sleep with higher doses.

I have seen this purple steam in leaves in med man .
Great cross Mu Great name and super delicious looks .

Mahalo! Thanks for all the love and kindness braddahs. Making one's own strains can be empowering and is very gratifying as you know. Starting with the right ingredients/genetics can increase one’s chances of success. Using MNS genetics as the building blocks is a no brainer. You get out what you put in. Like clean, cool water from a mountain stream 🤙🏽

Aloha fellow firewalkers!

They say if you are going to pollinate, it is best to do it in the 3rd month of flower- making sure of mature, fertile sites. I'm 3.5 weeks in, no time like the present. Six girls were selected for their varying characteristics. They were moved to a separate room for the process. They were assured that it would be painless- no animal testing was done here. There definitely is a favorite in the bunch. Can you guess which one? lol

Aloha fellow firewalkers!

This pollination went a lot smoother than last time. I found a better fitting wire strainer and canning funnel that fits over my glass jar. I opted for aluminum foil so I can crease it and the pollen slides off better AND I can see it better. It was harder to see on the parchment paper and I had to use a brush to get the pollen off the paper which kicked up some. All done in my closed-door bathroom where the males were located. Spray bottle of water close at hand for post-operation.
Agitate the flowers enough to get any pollen clinging to them. A smaller make-up brush works well in getting things where they need to go. After the pollination, where I used a small paint brush for better targeting, I mixed the rest with flour to assure dryness while in the fridge. I will fertilize some of the SSHxWidows with this pollen tomorrow and then freeze the rest.

They all look good to me.
I think that you mean 3,5 weeks in flower in stead of months?

Good to know, thanks!

Next time will be a bit easier to collect pollen for me, good method Mu!

I do have a question: How do you collect the male parts from the branches?

Last time I forgot to do that to Nordle Hedgehog pollen... r.i.p. in 6 (or so) weeks :(

Normally Iam mixing rice into pollen, doing wonders to prolong its life, now WACO was stored this way around a year in fridge . . .
And woillaa ! :)
All 4plants are pollenated :_)
