This is a joke...communication can do wonders to ease people's minds.. I'd eat up some bullshit right now just to feel I've been heard..

And it was a strange one, she apologised for the delay and said she'd throw in an extra packet (she's got me back, lol).. for some reason my emails went to her junk folder and I also stuffed up payment putting it into an old account of theirs.. all sorted, we both accept each other's apology and back to happy days.. this wasn't a troll attempt as some want to make it. Nothing wrong with asking questions fellas

Patience is a virtue young grasshopper. Probably better to PM Shanti but it's been like this for years sometimes she's quick other times I think she's busy I don't believe the auctions is her only job at MNS. Shanti isn't too quick with the PM's though either. Best place for the price and reliability just not the quickest or best with communication.
 
Exactly.. I'm still bidding, won't be paying until my first is processed though.. two weeks is while to wait, not for beans, I just want a thank you we appreciate your business, lol..

I've PM shanti more than 5 times every time he replied. It's never been more than a handful of days. Each time I was surprised how quick. Fastest communication I've had. But it's advice or answers only. Sales etc is done by others. I wouldn't contact him about anything else. That guys a busy man I'm sure he has his reasons why the people do what they do for him. I can't imagine he hasn't heard or read these things before. And if Simone really only works part time he knows that as well. And it's this way because that's how he wants it or who he trusts?! And if that means planning ahead I'm down with that. Other than slow communication you can't ask for more in any other way!

A shoulder to cry on...

Have a little trust and faith in the system, it has never failed me. Why do people need constant reassurance that everything will be ok, im sure that the staff have more important issues to deal with. If thats what you need to make you feel better give your mum a call and drop by for a cuddle, thats her job...
 
I put $300 into account over two weeks ago, Tuesday will be three, and I want to know that it's been done all correct, what makes me a troll here? Telling her to do her job? That makes me a teoll? I need to find out how to ask questions without trolling, rather how to get answers without trolling.. not what I want to be.. oh well..

I can tell you what will help and at the point you're at it's NOTHING. Unfortunately you're in limbo. I'm not sure why all these comments basically telling you that this isn't anything new. And you're not the first to come here seeking answers. And the only answers that can be had here you've already gotten. Whether it's emailing Simone as sales. Or PM the new guy here on the forum J I posted his name to you earlier. THOSE are the only options. The best option really is to forget it because it sounds like you've done everything you can. As long as you filled in the account info as given to you and the directions where followed. I'm assuming because I have never done it there is a name involved. If the account number you use doesn't match the name on that account I don't believe your transfer would take place. Since it sounds like the money left your account it almost assuredly is in the right spot. And if that's the case you WILL be fine. Because hugging the keyboard and complaining isn't going to help one freaking bit. Just be sure to come back when you do get your order and tell us it arrived. While you're at it you can tell us what you got for free because of the delay.
 
I'm more than happy to look like the impatient wanker noob, somebody else might be having the same questions, and this could save them looking like me :) plus I got La Niña and ssh coming, who wouldn't be impatient for that?? Lol

I am in the same situation. Paid into an old account for 1st auction win. Still waiting to hear confirmation on this. 2nd auction win payed into the new account confirmed as paid and received goods from 1st auction. I am assuming my emails have gone into junk folder too.
Although the lack of communication is a frustration. I must say that when seeds do arrive seed germination is excellent (La nina auction win all ready above soil 14/15)

Or you could smoke a joint and chill maybe eat some shrooms I love shrooms but I do love most drugs strange thing is I really don't care for alcohol I'd take coke or heroin over alcohol any day alcohol pisses me off.

Money don't bother me much though I can remake it pretty much why I always pay cash with nothing but an international stamp. What is some real bullshit is ordering a not so popular strain from a big seedbank and not a single seed germinates or maybe even a couple and these are $10 per seed strains most breeders won't even make it right with you cough cough BCBD Greenhouse many many more.

Even when it does seem like the grower fucked up here Shanti still hooks them up.

But I don't know I'm just babbling on no reason to get pissed until you actually get fucked but some people really need to eat a 1/4 or more of shrooms and look at this paper we call money it grows on trees nothing to get all emotional about yet everyone is. Last time I made a big deal about money I got sucker punched in the jaw beat the shit out of the dude and had to pay the court more than I was owed all over $300.

Need to stop stressing so much your going to give yourself a heart attack.
