I got my blessings long time ago on this girl if i'm correct and rape is not in my nature hehe
I kinda feel like i deserved these fine genetics hehe
My attempts are fully personal efforts. Due to loss of A5 i went on the C5 trip in this one. As Sam said: it's basicly the same lines (c5 and JH).
Finished?? not in a long time i think haha,....and so many crossings to take on this road.
beside a f2,,a backcross 2 C5 and some other girls that are waiting , i'm going to try some other gear in the mix 2.
Got some Liễu Hạnh beans in selection atm,,,a selected OT haze girl that will rock haze lovers (yeah sam u will love her ) and offcourse i'll be popping the C5 connection beans 2 hehe.....
Am in my seat on this topic !! gonna be a awesome show is my bet!

First taste
Hi all,
Just wanted to share that i've tasted the very first buds of the C5-connection crosses.
These are the faster pheno-types, indica dom: Flowered for 10 weeks
First is the C5 x Ortega:
Smells and flavours are ortega dominated but a bit less pungent and sweeter. In the back is a whiff of the C5.
It's kinda fruity and light, smokes really soft and easy.
Nice and potent with a good fusion between the celebral sativa high and a nice and warm body stone to it. Light lemon green bud colour with lot's of resin.
It's like a child that's playing inside yr brain, very friendly.
Second is the C5 x La Nina:
Smells and flavours are more La nina dom, kinda sweet straw smelling but harsh and bitter tasting. A dark one for sure.
Resin production is off the scale, it's completely sugared-in.
Very strong and potent smoke.
Bitter tasting and harsh to smoke.
Killer pheno in potency, very strong and dark high, not friendly at all, very present, not playfull. Reminds me a bit of the potency of 5HzA.
I think it's the mullumbimby that's casuing it although i never smoked it pure, so it's hard to put my finger on it.
It's like a dark witch making her stew inside yr brain, getting you completely wacked.
In other words: Great!
The longer pheno's we have goin are getting chopped very soon so i will let you guys know how they are.
I'm not very good at it but i'll try to shed some light on these newbies.
So far i'm impressed.
dirkdiggler, you created something very euhm.... Nice.
Chana, i'm so curious what you gonna find in these lines but after smoking the first bud i know you'll find some great medicin.

Kind of off topic but....Quick question on the C5 to Sam or Dirk- what's the flowering time on the cut? And does it have any distinguishing growth features. Reason I ask is that I have a cut of what has been labelled "jack" emanating from the NL, a very old cut, that at a push can be taken at 9 weeks, absofreekinlutely covered with resin, and looks very much like the pic of the C5 Sam posted. I'm pretty sure ( well 80ish%) that its not Jack Herrer. Some info on the C5, its attributes, characteristics from you guys may help me to rule out if I have the C5 myself ( which I can only hope but have some sneaking suspicion) Oh before you ask I will have a pic in a week or so, I gifted a cut to a friend who will be harvesting soon.
Also how does the C5 fare in haze hybrids?

Hi Herbsman,
C5 is the original cutting of the haze hybrid Nevil made combining NL#5 and Haze C back in the early '80's.
It's a very nice F1 Nevil selected out of thousands back in the day.
It usually goes till about 100 days flowering give or take depending on the method of growing.
Could be that the cut you are holding is a descendant from this hybrid combined with a skunk line, witch is the pedigree of the Jack Herrer.
Don't really know, but the flower time is to short to be the C5 cutting.

hard nuggets with a berry, pine, lemony smell. (njam njam)
this is a balanced mellow, soft and round smoke.
after toking her I get an energetic, balanced high and have to start laugh and smile. (as someone who tickles you,)
definitely a keeper!!!

hi,
how old is your jack herer cut ? from where is it from ?
because there was a famous jack herer cut in south holland, approximatively 12 years ago maybe even more. this cut was leaning to the 5Hz side, by the looks but from the smell/odor too. the bud was foxtailing a lot but still dense and compact. i don't have any pictures but i will recognize her among hundreds.
