Fixed shipping fee:
Every order within the EU has a fixed shipping fee (tracked) of: 18.50€
Every order headed outside the EU has a fixed shipping fee (tracked) of: 35.00€. We usually include merchandise to facilitate the travel.
An order is made when you have checked out your basket, have chosen a method of payment, and have clicked on “PLACE ORDER”
Important! An order contains up to 12 auctions and/or “buy now” items! Combo packs don’t count as 1 item, as there is a weight limit to ensure the delivery.
Shipping options – Registered Vs. Standard Mail:
Our default shipping option is registered mail! This means that all orders will be sent by registered unless otherwise requested by you. If you would prefer your order to be sent out by regular mail, please let us know by leaving a comment in the “customer note” section (which you find during check-out).
Important! Mail sent by standard post will be at one’s own risk. Mr. Nice does not have the authority to be responsible for packages getting lost during transition time. Mail sent by standard post cannot be replaced. Registered mail, on the other hand, can be tracked online!
Resending orders:
Orders are only eligible to be resent if the postal agency has not successfully delivered your parcel. Keep in mind the following:
- If your address was not successful on the first (1st) attempt, you will need to provide us with another address. We will not send to the unsuccessful address again, for your protection and ours.
- Solely depending on the country, your order was shipped to, we will not be able to send a replacement. This is a case-by-case situation, so please contact us.
If you have not received your order but it has been marked as delivered by the postal agency please do the following:
- Contact your local post office as soon as possible and request details on the whereabouts of your parcel. (If your order was sent with registered post, someone needs to sign, request that information – who signed for you)
- Let us know, we will launch information requests to our dispatching post office but the waiting times are long.
If you want your order resent without getting it sorted with the post office you should contact us as we have a two option solution.
Combining multiple orders:
Important! Orders may be combined together and we give you exactly 2 months to check out any outstanding auctions. Thus, by combining orders and auction wins, within the 2-month timeframe, you can avoid paying multiple shipping fees and only pay the shipping fee once but in order to do so, you must leave a comment in the appropriate section during the checkout procedure, and ensure all the information of your other orders has been provided. We do this to reduce our carbon footprint as well as to reduce any extra cost on the customers’ side.
However, if an order has been paid for it will be sent out as soon as possible. So we urge you to make one payment for multiple orders.
Once the order is shipped:
Important! MR NICE SEEDBANK ‘s responsibility lies until a tracking number has been provided to the buyers that have chosen the registered mail option.
