Hello guys! So, I tried doing everything you had recommended. I started over from scratch.
potting soil universal "vigorplant" - + pearlite + earthworm humus to stabilize the EC.

The sprouts are about 20 days old. I created the drainage using terracotta shards and separated the soil with jute.

But I notice that the seedlings are too small; they aren't growing.
The soil is dark, but I think that's due to the type of peat. I water it roughly every 7–10 days.

where am i going to wrong always?° do you have any ideas?
thanks to all ,peace

For 20 days old from seed with low light they look ok. Picture 1 far left is ok.
I would do one seed per pot. These pots don't look very deep! Maybe its the perspective

Hello Friend!

Each one plant should have its OWN SEPARATE POT.
Do it as soon as possible.
I don't know the point of putting so many of them into a single pot at once; you could have put each one in a plastic cup—they would have taken up the same amount of space but grown properly, and been very easy to transplant.

Best Regards!
