What is this on leaf?

I think my light may need dimming some more.
I dimmed them down to 75% when I seen some of the flowers closest to the light start having leaves canoeing about a week ago.
These spots weren’t on the leaf at lights on just 4-5 hours ago.
Only two leaves have it and they are on the top flowers right in the middle of the led panel where the PPFD is the highest.
Harvest is about 3-5 days away and female is at beginning of week 9.


Can someone identify what this is and causes it?

The brown tips? Maximized nute availability, verge of excessive light.
Looks about as good as it gets unless I'm missing something in the pic?
