Strawberry pheno with the lot

Hello everyone
I just received a couple of packs of shit in the mail
I was reading these forums a couple of years ago, and remember reading about a really worthwhile shit pheno
Tried to find the info again, but can't

Hopefully someone can help out

I'm after the strawberry smelling sativa type
Most threads describe her as being outstanding effect, although a moderate yielder

I remember a keeper being described as 10 week bloom, with a four week stretch
Very potent and long lasting mood boosting meds, dripping with resin and a very good yielder (650grn+ m2

Can anyone help me out, or did I dream of a unicorn?

Yeah I understand the two terpenes profiles are the shitty/rotten fruit one, and the strawberry incense/flower one
Was the strawberry type you kept heavy yielding though?
All the descriptions I can find lately describe her as great effect but moderate yielder.
 
I remember (misremember?) the description of a tall type that stretches 4 weeks, and is similar to a Colombian in effect, with a kind of ethereal scent, not screaming

Some descriptions from earlier grows describe really valuable indica types
Hashy rubber tyre scented greasy sedatives
I suppose they get that from Mazar leaning daddy Nevil chose originally

What I've noticed about Shanti's selections though, is the gene pool is normally quite wide, and he appears to preference Sativa types
I really hope the pheno I'm looking for exists, and it isn't just a pipe-dream

I have two packs in the fridge already
The reason I want a *tall, 4 week stretch pheno,* is so I can run it into bloom pretty well from the cutting, with no veg
Looking for something that will go shoulder height in flower
Still hoping someone can confirm the pheno I'm looking for actually exists, before I commit to the grow

I grew a half straw of Shit back in 2018 and can 100% confirm that there is indeed a delicious Strawberry Pheno waiting to be discovered. I did upload some pictures which were unfortunately deleted during an MNS system upgrade.

Here is my description from almost 5 years ago -

"Shit #5
Wow. What can I say? This is some amazing herb. It smells of sweet strawberries with a hint of pine and is dripping in resin. The high is like walking around in a drunken fog. It really is 'party weed', everyone who has tried it has remarked on how unique the high is.
Unfortunately she yielded the least but isn't that always the way?"

The plant was subsequently grown for further generations both indoors and out and always performed in the same way.

Unfortunately (for you) it did not want to grow particularly tall and needed a long vegetative period in order to become big. Also she wasn't the biggest yielder.

There was some variance present in all original samples but all wear instantly recognisable as Shit / Skunk by smell and appearance.
My best advice is as this - plant the seed and then you'll truly know.

As an aside ASH (Afghan Skunk X Afghan Haze) has some incredibly dank plants waiting to be discovered.

Yeah, the ASH is definitely intriguing.
I'm in southern hemisphere, so too late in the season to go outside
I'd prefer to select a dwarf outdoors, as they are more discreet
Unfortunately I'm not in a legal precinct, so light and space resources are at a premium

Really nice description of the expression you found 👍

There's always next season.
I regularly make selections indoors and then run things outside (as well as indoors) when I find something that is interesting.

Having grown both Shit and ASH I would have no hesitation in recommending both. ASH is danker, whilst Shit is sweeter.

ASH fully cured (2017) for comparative purposes.

not sativa enought you need a minimun of veg around 15 days
