I have an enormous seed compared to any I've seed in years. Does it signify anything special. It was created by me in a cross. Thanks Sg

either a large embryo, or a thick shell LMAO

i really dont know though. Ive had better luck with small seeds from breeders it seems, but with larger beans on my own pollinations...kinda odd, huh?

lol I thought that it may have been growing for 6-7 weeks instead of others Amoril that are smaller 4-5 weeks old. I don't know if they only grow so big or if they get bigger the longer they are on the preverbial vine .sg:)

Hey Shogirl,
Just wondering what 2 strains you used to make these seeds?
I got Fruity Juice Thai from Sensi about 5 years ago and the seeds were HUGE , biggest I've seen.
This trait carried through to the F2 and F3's too, although it wasn't something I was breeding for, I've better things to be selecting for ! ;)
Peace GG

hi genegenie the male was a thai leaning ssh pheno and the female was a panama red/ww. Still would like more people to weigh in on what if anything is the reasons for some to be so huge compared to most.

Sometimes it seems this place is something like a ghost town or where your walking down the street but nobody around because everybody stays in and just peers out there windows nosing around like peeping toms.lol sg

In the past ive used extremely big seeds and some but not all turned out to be huge plants i was more than happy with.

Tanks all and Bambi can I ask as I noticed in another thread that you breed some ssh .The male I picked I don't think had much to offer as the first generation seeds smoked and tasted sub par and also stregth. can you give some tips on picking a good male ? Thanks a bunch shogirl

Size Has No Bearing-

Trainwreck X L.U.I ( Texas Mystics -T.R.C )Were The Smallest Seeds I Had Encountered Until I Saw The Size Of Mr Nice Early Haze
Most Others , Like This Texas Heather ( BB X Lavender ) Or This Chemo Haze ( B13- BBX X13 Ray Davies Seeds Were Massive Hence Chemo Haze and B13 Seed Image ) Were Large And Had To Be Scored Down The Sharp Side To Germinate :D
The Rounder The Seed ( The Easier It Rolls , The More Chance It's A Male ;) Go Ahead And See , I Learnt That Off A Texada Elder Who Still Grew Way Into His Seventies ):)
