Nutrition Advice Sought for Med Man Grow



I am in the beginning stages of a Medicine Man grow, this being my 3rd grow ever. It occurred to me that my feeding and watering is basically half-assed/flying by the seat of my pants with a ton of ignorance. And so I am seeking advice on recommended nutrition and watering for Medicine Man.

I have 11 plants that are in 3 gallon pots. I will eventually transfer to 5 gallon. I am using a 1000W bulb and the grow medium is coco coir.

What nutrition is recommended and how often and how much ought I water my plants?
