Nordle, Nordle on the wall ...

Naming contest?

Ah thank you for noticing that little bit of ganja glory out of my garden Elmer.

If I slighted Arjan in any way, it was unintentional though ... I understand where he fits and I have given him and GHS credit, that little feminized pack of SLH was just plain outstanding. I'm suspicious to convinced it was a quick cross with MNS SSH and a lemon skunk he had on hand ... but hey, that's pure conjecture@@@!!!!@!@!@

It is just a killer little pheno though... lower yield, but killer, tasty rich smoke that hits like a train, satisfies the upper sections of the cerebral cortex and has an exotic skunk/haze flavor - it deserves a centerfold and a sexy brand name; I just haven't come upon it yet ...

rabbit food just doesn't quite do it ....

bunny fuck haze?

um, maybe not ....

shares for thankin' .....

Another update ... and sober this time!

wow, loved the topping, fat leaves, thick stems ... oh I f'in hope and pray I got a bitch or two in there. These gorgeous plants are going to get a nice long loving veg period 'fore we flip the switch to 12/12

3 little Nordles, all in a row

Here's 3 Nordles at 16 days of flower, following a 4 week veg from seed.

Two leftward plants were topped, the other not.

I'll post some C/U's on the tops in the next message,

cheers,
rabbit

Interesting to see the differences already emerging in the bud/phenotypes ...

Nice work, rabbit.

Peace.

Ah, thank you kindly cannatari.

I think that's what my wife said on our honeymoon night ...

(OK, bad joke),

but the vigor and robust nature of these plants is really a joy ... I have been experimenting with haze crosses recently, with some excellent results, but there's nothing so rewarding as watching a bodacious indica plant doin' it's thing.

Happy to be growing Nordle ... there's another female Nordle, two Sour Bubble clone females and one Purple Peyote (bubba kush type plant) in that flowering room, and they are all just beautiful, healthy and fast growing plants.

best,
rabbit

Hi Rabbit, great Pics!
Can you post a pic of your purple Peyote for us?

Hey Cptn, sure thing, I'll post it up tomorrow when the lights are back on.

I had to chop off two fairly well developed side stalks after realizing that I had accidentally pitched the two clone cuts I took from the PP ( ... had them on the same row as a series of Nordle male cuts and was pitching them without paying enough attention. ARGH!) The new cuts are from larger shoots, so hopefully the thicker stem cuts will work though ...

Purple Peyote

at 17 days 12/12, following 4 week veg

I have 5 more PP seedlings vegging, I'm going to chase this one hard. (Incidentally, the strain produces a reported 80% to 90% females from seed, even though CBG asserts it is not feminized.)

I hate to do this, but if this bubba kush line interests you, check out the photo threads on ICMag. CBG is relentless in putting put porn out on this plant ...

cheers,
rabbit

While I'm at it ... share the joy

The first photo is a garden of GHS super lemon and MNS super silver haze, now about 20 days of flowering

Why is that a heartwarming shot for me? Because the following shots are what it will deliver after another 50 days or so ....

First full plant and bud is super sliver, the darker scary looking one in the last two shots is super lemon haze ... these are both proven keepers on about their 4 clone run (actuallly 3rd for the lemon haze, 5th for the super silver, including the original seed plant.)

Both of these plants produce unforgettable taste and smoking pleasure ... the SSH yields very, very well ... the SLH not so much, but the smoke is just unreal lovely delicious, so I'm working on super cropping it.

cheers,
rabbit

rock'n and rollin' Nordle

Random love for my baby Nordles ... plus ...

Nordle #7, in the first photo, looks like a nice yielder and with that bud development at only 20 days of flower, I'm feeling good about the finish time. Best yet, I'm starting to get the aromas and scents in this room and this one has a delicious, exotic fruity note more so than her sisters.

The other really intriguing aroma in the room?

Pic #2, the CBG Peyote Purple ... too early to declare a winner, but the peyote buds are giving off an enchanting almost magical scent .... owwweeee can hardly wait for this one to finish. (although not the slightest hint of purple color to her.)

cheers,
rabbit

Nordle #7 @ 37 days flowering

4 pheno's running, all look similar in structure, (typical IBL sort of result?) ... pheno 7 (photos) is maybe a bit frostier than some others.

A nice subtle yet distinct berry smell with a touch of skunk coming from them.

I'm thinking they are on track to finish in 8 weeks, maybe even a little less.

cheers,
rabbit

And the Peyote too ...

And, from the same flower room, the CBG Peyote Purple, also at 37 days' flowering/12-12.

The photo's do NOT do this lovely plant justice, nor do they communicate the enchanting aroma coming from it ... rabbit is excited about this one

(oh, and if you're following the thread story, I did take two late into flowering cuts from this plant; I'm elated to report that both have rooted and are happily vegging under 400W MH.)

Nordle #7 first out of the room ...

OK, I'm at week 8 of the Nordle grow and all are close to finish. I'll post them one at a time and then sign off this thread.

First off, Nordle pheno #7, light to moderate yield, stretched about 2 1/2 times, light berry smell. Very easy to grow, finished at about 54 days.

Early testers indicated a mild, tasty smoke with light berry overtones. Real, cured bud smoke report at the end of the thread.

In the mean time ... Nordle 7 ....(click through for hi rez) ...

best,
rabbit

purple-itis

1st pic, is a Sour Bubble (BOG) clone ... I ran this pheno before as a seedling and didn't get any purple, but this time, she's definitely picking up a hue. (I have a second clone in the same room, but it was smaller at start and did not have as good of a location under the light and she has no purple either.)

Light yielder as you can see ... but gorgeous, frosty, kush style plant with delicious, distinctive flavored and hard hitting smoke.

Second photo ... close up teaser of my Peyote Purple (CBG) that I expect to harvest this weekend. This is a true 'sugar factory' like I've never seen.

cheers,
rabbit

Stinky

Were or are your Nordles more stinky than most other plants? Did they seem to overpower a carbon filter, if you have one? One of my Nordles is showing some purple on top buds and leaves a week before harvest.

Pretty Pretty Purple Peyote

A brief word before I post the following purple and red pot porn ... I haven't even properly smoke tested this, so I don't really know if she's just a pretty girl or if she's got the memorable smoke to go with it. I will post a smoke report in a couple of weeks after an initial cure.

With that, here's a CBG Purple Peyote ... vegged for about 4 weeks and finished @ 65 days of 12/12 under a 600W hps on a ebb/flow hydro table.

I'll post some finished bud shots with the smoke report later ... be happy to answer any questions you might have about the plant!

cheers,
Rabbit

Edit: if you click all the way through, you get a reasonably hi rez version of each
