Nl5HzZu on the Diesel train

Hello, fellow Forum Family Members. Thank you to everyone who has bothered stopping by to check on my thread. I especially appreciate how patient people have been with the lack of photos.

Here are photos I took of the girls, eight days ago when I defoliated them.

Looking good, Diesel! (y) I enjoy defoliating females myself. ;)

Yeah, I went to town on the defoliation. Though, I've a feeling that your definition of defoliating is a bit more... debaucherous than mine. 😅:ROFLMAO:
Good job @Diesel840 (y)

Thanks Mr. Brown. I see you popped a few Dreamtime. Sorry to hear about your mums, I'm sure you'll find some good plants in the Dreamtime.
Theres gonna be lots of buds man :) Nice !
Thanks! I hope so too, fingers crossed. Nl5HzZunami#4 is currently catching my attention. She's the smallest, easily a 1/3 or 1/4 the size of the others, but she has the most frost with thick white pistils; and her fingers are slightly wider than the other phenos.

Smells like it may be time for me to replace the flowering tents carbon filter. I could faintly smell a generic weed smell today, when I entered my lung room. I stuck my nose to the exhaust and could detect it coming from there. I turned down the speed to help give more time for it to be scrubbed until i can afford a new carbon can.

I came home yesterday and my living room smelled like sour Starburst or Skittles. Turns out though that I don't need the new filter, after all. It appears that the foil I'd wrapped around the fan and filter had come loose and the canister had popped out of the fan. So, none of the air was being pulled through the filter. I duct taped it back on and now, all is good.

The girls got defoliated last night. After, I decided to dust a branch of each pheno with some freshly collected pollen from my Z7HzAC male. I wrapped a Ziplock onto the branch after and sprayed off the rest of the plant.

These girls smell good! They are putting off a nice fruity Starburst or skittle type of smell. #2 has some nice smell, #4 is still the frostiest thing in the tent, and bud sites are building!

This last week the plants have been neglected a bit as I dealt with infections in both eyes. Now that I'm feeling better, I decided to give the gals a propper inspection while watering.

No 🍌 or pollen sacks, not a one. 😁

Not only are they herm free, but the gals all look great. Three stood out dyring the watering.

#2 has the strongest scent. Even after opening my bottle of Alaska fish fertilizer, which fills the room with a ranvid fish gut esk smell, I can still smell #2 from a few feet away after disturbing her. She is one of the 3 taller phenos.

#3 got watered along with 2tsp of Alaska fish fertilizer, due to her yellowing leaves. She is the lightest colored plant in the tent and seems to be drinking the most. I've had to remove several shriveled leaves and found handful of yellowed leaves as she uses up the nitrogen in the soil. She is also one the three tallest, though not the tallest of her bunch.

#4 is still catching my eye. She looks like she may be the first to finish of the NL5HzZunami. She is the most heavily seeded plant in the tent. I should have sprayed down the plant before polinating, instead of after dusting the pollen. Still, I should get a good example of what she has to offer. Besides, the more seeds the better incase I stop growing or lose the mum.

I'll take pics in a few days and post them up.

Stay hazed.

Hello, fellow Forum Family Members. I hope everyone finds themselves fist deep in a jar full of dank ;). Here are a few pics Nl5HzZunami#4. The pics don't do her any justice. None the less, I hope you all enjoy them as much as I enjoyed taking them!

First a group shot of the tent. The top right is the Z7HzAC and the top left is the ShitAfgHz. 5HzZu#4 is directly to the right of the ShitAfgHZ. You can see them both sitting on some boxes, to even out the canopy.

Now for some solo shots of #4. The nugs atop the middle branch in the first picture remind me of one pheno I grew of SSH, my chunky pheno. It looks like a beefed-up version of that SSH's flowers.

One of the phenos began purpling up a few days ago. Since then, she has steadily been getting her Fall colors on. I've indulged in more than a few glasses of Delerium Noel, sooooo good btw, I'll try though to get some individual photos up after I water them today.

I don't know if it is the genetics, raising my light, or just doing a better job about light leaks; but I'm so happy about no nanners or sacs this grow!

I've spent the last 12 or so years reading the forum and dreaming of testing one of Shanti's strains. To finally be testing a variety that so few have grown, and honestly the simple fact of growing, has been so humbling and rewarding! Honestly it is surreal.

Perhaps it is the bier talking, but I love you all! My forum family 😁. After my mums passing, I don't have much. Thank you, all.

Hey @Diesel840, I'm very sorry to hear about the loss of your mum. Keep your heads up. You're a great person and I'm glad to have you around. Best, MB

All to often we get in the way of growing with our fanciful expectations and desires, when in truth most mistakes are made from to much care rather than the opposite..

Sending you strength and power at this time @Diesel840
