Neville's Haze shenanigans

Haven't been around much due to health issues and this being THE YEAR I tackled Neville's Haze.
Yeah, realize I'm obviously punching above weight class here, but I reccently finished the 2nd round for my keepers, the first round of a cross, and wanted to record it.
I've very grateful to have had the chance to grow this legend!

NH-1: Long-lasting "Shaman" pheno. Good pain relief, also very psychodelic and NSFW effects. Terps are spice, cologne, and hint of mango

Revegged seedplant. My faster flowering girl, just finished outdoors at 37N. I wanted to test her against our cannabis-unfriendly climate. Survived extreme neglect, no IPM, and long stretches of 100F weather. She split her trunk 6 weeks ago and kept trucking.

NH-2: "SOG"ggy pheno. Perfect wake & bake or daily driver. Focused, energetic, uplifting, pain relief...no munchies. Stronger terps than NH-1: spice and cologne with sweet/mango

Revegged seedplant (1 gal organic) ran a clone in DWC

Lastly, I dusted NH2 with pollen from my JTR male and ended up with this. Had some minor issues mid-flower due to a faulty pH pen. Terps were initially disgusting (rotting garbage, skunk, rubber, mint) and finished as incense, lemon, gas at harvest. It needs work, but pleasantly surprised with the outcome. The male added frost, gas, and a touch of body high.

Your plants do look wonderfull, also a nice cross you made.
I ran a pack of JTR before, it was a nice strain.

NH1 looks very nice!

Thanks for sharing.

Sorry to hear that you have been having health issues. I hope you have a speedy recovery. I feel like there is a reason that those of us with chronic or persistent health issues gravitate towards medicating with and growing canabis. Besides fhe theraputic properties of gardening, canabis truly does have remarkable healing properties. I feel like those of us who only medicate with it and don't grow, are missing out.

Props for "punching above your weight-class! I keep eyeing the Nevils Haze and it's various hybrids. I become so jelous and envious of those tackling the legendary sativa. 😆😁

Thank you for sharing, my friend. Btw, that male looks like a prodigious producer! Hopefully he passes on some good traits. I can't wait to see how this cross and ypur grows progress!!!

Danke, Diesel for the support, and agree 100% on the chronic illness angle. Good meds and good therapy. A little stressful at times, but fulfilling.

Also those Zunami's of your are looking tasty!

If you've been eyeing Nev's I encourage you to step into the ring. You may be pleasantly surprised.

As for the male, he's put his mark on things without overtaking the female's traits. He has a few downsides. We'll see as I'm able to test more progeny. Still hoping to find a nice NH male.

Sadly, after 12 months of Nev's, I'm almost out of sleep meds, so I have to replenish those before I can progress.

Thank you, very much! I'm thrilled with how they are progressing.

Before I tackle the all-mighty Nevils Haze, Queen and King of everything sativa, I want to sharpen my skills and stock up on the indica side of the spectrum. Like many of us, I tend to run out and harvest/break open the jars too early. NH is not only going to take forever to flower, but she'll need at least a few months to cure. Gotta be ready for her.

Get well, my friend.
