Im curios about the clones finish 2-3 week earlyer

Hello Lady and gentleman
My question is if the rooted clones finish faster as the clone mother isnt that the same time as the cuts need about 2 weeks to root or am i wrong? ah ok now i got it the cuts been taken in veg and the conemother should be in veg until the cuts rooted this way there is a time saving
