2015 June G13 skunk

Thanks prof77

All plants are started the same, feed the same, none are treated any different, the only difference is Super Silver is a feminized plant.

Hey arctichigh seeing as its an auto id say it is in full flower already. This happens a lot with autos i find, some just flower very early. Out of 10 autos i started outdoors this year 6 are flowering away but only about 10-12 inch high. Lots of factors can play a factor in it happening, main one in my experience is the roots getting any way restricted in a small pot.

Normally i plant the seed directly in the finishing pot and i dont have this problem. This year, i started them in seedling pots and left them there for too long, some had started to flower in the little pots.

Original Amanesia

Thanks Alecky, this is my first Auto,
Question do they stretch, if so she will have to move sooner than the rest, outside most likely.
We have strange weather this summer, our winter was strange and now our summer is strange, good berry picking summer although.

Ah

Hey artic, yeah i agree about the weather, we are having a weird season here too, everything is behind, even the early potatoes are late! I dont think your auto is going to stretch significantly more, when i get home ill post a pic of mine to show you what im talking about. :)

Hey thanks alecky, just let me know, I hope you're having a easier time uploading, I can only upload from one place through my profile, attachments don't work nor photos.

Hi artic i resize the pics with windows paint, then use the paperclip attachment to post here, seems to work ok.

Hey yowser you have plenty of experience with autos, whats your take on these dwarf plants?

Heres mine, all same strain, seeds from same pack.
P1020213.jpg

These 3, i grow plants like this every year, the one in the ground grows out and up between the 2 potted ones, forming a kinda canna hedge, not so this year! Ill never rely solely on autos again, im raging i didnt start some mighty freeze.

without knowing the auto in question id have to say stunted, it is very easy to do with autos, and yes i too would never rely solely on autos, not unless i planted 20 times as many as i normally would, even if they were the newer high yielding autos, even those do not recover well from early stunting

update week 5 bloom

sorry I mean Update week 5 of veg, every grow is different, these guys are staying small/short,
I noticed two variances with G13sk, one stretches more and one is short and more brood, but my plants all look small, I have been battle humidity and heat, also my plants got wind burn, two hurricanes 6" is too much,

ok pixs

G13 Skunk Week 6 veg leaf curl issue?

Hi group this is week 6 veg, I have some odd leaf curling going on, and I'm not sure if I am on the right track to figuring it out, but it looks like clawing to me. And my thoughts are too much nutrients, so I flushed once last week but I did not do a good job, I had no response from my plants, so this week I flushed again with lots and lots of very dilute nutrient PH corrected water, and I flushed all my G13 Skunk's. Cross my fingers lets see what happens.

Some of my G13 skunk seem very sensitive to nutrient fluctuations and do not like High EC's. Anyway Pix are below.

My treatment water EC 210, PH 6.6.

Looks like lock out.5.8/5.9 ph.1.1 ec and flush.check run off .hopefully should be 1.1 ec and 5.8 ph.you may try foliar spray with half dose.0.8 ec .this is what i would do to try and green them up ,good luck ive had this many times in coco/stones.cheers

I have been running a higher PH this grow P.H. 6.1 to 6.6. The G13 Skunk do not seem to like it, so I'll drop my PH back below 6.0.

Thanks JP

Here is a couple thinks I am catching on too with regular seeds, I kind slow here always learning.

1. Growing regular seeds is a numbers game, more seeds popped more females likely... Hopefully. :)

2. You get more time to catch all your issues before flower. This is a plus for running regular seeds. :)
