I had a grass mask. The guy at the head shop I bought it from said to clean it just put it in boiling water for a few minutes. Stupid me listened to him and it shriveled up to almost nothing and I had to buy another. I figured he told everyone to boil the mask because by the time it got nasty enough to need cleaning they would like it and when the mask shrunk to a small blob in the boiling water they'd come buy a second one.

Talking about 'The Baron,' I recently found a bunch of YouTube videos with him in them and loved seeing him in action again.

You have no idea how many people I have heard over the decades pronounce it that way and were stunned when I told them how it is pronounced. But the opposite is what I had trouble with. I knew how to say it but I had no idea of how it was spelled and when I first tried to research it couldn't find it because I was looking for it spelled the way it is pronounced.
 
Youtube has a lot of old wrestling videos, i recently sat and watched a ton of old japanese tag team matches from the early 80s, classics with guys like the funks, harley race, stan hansen, bruiser brody, giant baba, jumbo tsuruta, nick bockwinkel etc...

Never owned a gas mask but once saw someone get very fucked up with one...

Was in a nightclub called 'The Orbit' in Morley, near Leeds, an infamous techno club, I think Sven Vath was playing, might have been Oakenfold, I forget...

Anyways, this geezer in front on me is wearing this black gas mask and raving around like everyone else, then he falls on the ground and is still raving on the ground, we think he's having a fit so we pull the mask off to release this incredible stench of poppers and the guy is basically collapsed doubled over laughing so hard, nothing wrong with him just an immense poppers rush...

Saw him at end of evening puking against a bus shelter...

I only knew it from books and the internet, never heard it spoken, when I said 'O-ax-a-can' to my Guatemalan friend he nearly fell about in stitches of laughter, when he stopped giggling he explained how to pronounce it. Was a fun day that, we put so much hash through the bong we loaned from the coffeeshop we blocked it and had to ask them for another one...

Never forget the faces on those two Dutch girls who worked there, don't think they'd ever seen two guys block a bong in 2 hours of chonging but hey, as my Guatemalan friend likes to say 'lead, follow of get the fuck out the way' and when we are in the Dam and have dinero we will set off at some pace and keep going...
 
Back in 72 and 73 We were smoking Oaxacan and calling it Wohawkin. I corrected people that called it mohican back then. Now Ive been growing Oaxacan and pronouncing it Ox-ah-can. Aint that silly as hell. That is good smoke by the way

I remember thinking back then: "I wonder who gave it that stupid name" (Woe-hawk-in)

Hi guys,need a bit of help,i,ve been digging through all the old seed stashes and come up with one that has stumped me,the seedpacks marked with the name and it,s in one of the old heavens stairway coin packs,the strains called:
Ubber candy haze x Ghaze.
if anyone has any info,would be much appreciated,thanks...Sensient
 
'mohican' is very close in pronunciation to another fabled mexican variety named after the locale and titled 'michocan' which has not been seen in my area for years. the area surrounding the city of matzalan was also known to harbor outstanding genetics named after it, a common practice at one time if the mex was something special. but alas, the huge demand from up north compounded by new methods as dictated by cartels brought about the demise of these legends. peace-biteme

I don't know if this will help you any, but it is what I found in an older list of strains. I cannot swear to it's accuracy though.

Ghaze = G13 clone X Uber Candy Haze

Uber Candy Haze = Vietnamese Black x White Widow Thai and the Hawaiian x Neville's Haze

Heres a Maui strain. Its not completely dry yet. This is Maui Wowi Pheno #2. I put a plant outdoors to see what it will do.

It has dynamite haze flavor. super tangy and sweet. Just total tropical flavor. Sweet as hell.

hey all,hey brick top,thank-you so much! i have tried just about all the major grow sites and have not been able to locate any info! so do you know what seed company it,s from,i think it rings a bell and the seed company was called "Dutch Flowers",i can remember them from years ago...i think? i,m sure it was called that,it obviuosly wasn,t a very big seed bank or very popular,or there would be more info,and i would remember the seedbank,but i can,t,except for the name,i can,t remember shit about them or any of there strains,so please guys any further info on the line or the seedbank that made em would be much appreciated,thanks again...Sensient
 
Yes, that is a Dutch Flowers strain. They sold seeds thru Heaven's Stairway and the ones that went on auction could reach stupid prices, I seem to remember 1500 bucks for one pack.

Reports on their strains vary, some truly awesome, some substandard and all points inbetween. I'd hesitate to call them strains as such as they did nothing but complex polyhybrids with the result that the variation could be immense.

No-one knows for sure who DF were but soem think it could have been one or other of the Bros Grimm.
 
bh is correct, uber candy haze x ghaze is an old dutch flowers hyb. the uber was supposed to have an 8 week pheno but i never saw it? and i think uber candy haze was a pheno of mighty candy haze, or maybe the other way around? lol. peace-biteme

Are the mite infested plants more then 7.5 weeks from harvest?

Ive used everything on mites in the past, Neem, azamax, pyrethrins,doc doom,and C02. None of them was a one time application cure. That is until I used a product I got online from another country, it is illegal here. It fuckin worked! One application months ago and it worked. They are gone. Several months mite free, healthy plants.
 
Anyway, back to Haze

Im trimming Haze and Kush buds today, and picking and initial trim of fresh Kush bud branches. I snipped these Maui Pheno#2 off the branches and threw them into brown paper. This stuff smells like sweet candy, and looks like it too. Dont you just love Haze?
