Payment Policy

Dear bidders, we would like to inform you that won auctions generally have a timer between 2 to 3 months after they have been won until they are deleted out of your won auctions (or your cart). This means you have 60 days to checkout the items you won before they disappear into the void.

Secondly, after you have checked your items out you will have created an order. You have 60 days, a.k.a. 2 months) to pay for this order. This helps, both you and us, to see who is using the website for its purpose and keep the auctions funded and functioning.

IMPORTANT – If you have more than two unpaid orders and/or haven’t contacted [email protected] for particular circumstances or exceptions, we will not be able to ship to you until at least one order has been paid for (a.k.a. it has been updated to to the “Processing” stage). Orders older than 1 year are no longer available to you even if you reach out to us, so we suggest you bit thoughtfully.

Your account will be reviewed and potentially banned if you continue to abuse the time limit. So please bid maturely.
