How Do I Order (Check-Out)?

Please follow the step by step instructions below so things can be processed efficiently for both parties

It should be noted, that in order for us to successfully process your order/payment, it is mandatory that you add your chosen products (Auctions and/or Buy Nows) to your cart and check them out. Your cart is there to help you do this: by allowing you to gather your order(s) and facilitate checkout and placing your order. An order may consist of MAXIMUM 12 auctions and/or buy now items.

Auctions

To checkout your auction(s) and place your order, please follow these instructions:

1) Auction wins  – after bidding and winning an auction, it will be automatically uploaded to ”My Auction” page. This is where your won auction(s) will be stored. You can hover over the human icon on the top right corner and you’ll find it.

2a) Once you are ready to make an order you will need to add them to your cart. To do this, just press “Pay Now”, it will automatically add the items to your cart. If you want to check multiple auctions out, you will have to manually add each individual auction to your cart.

2b) Alternatively, you can directly checkout from your cart on the top right corner to make an order, you just need to click “checkout” in your cart.

3) From there you will be redirected to the checkout page where you will need to fill-in your shipping address and choose a payment method. YOU MUST READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE MAKING AN ORDER

4) Your order will be made once you press “Place Order”,  regardless of whether you have paid for it or not. You have 60 days to pay for that order.

Side Note:

if you select one payment method and then press “Place Order”, and then choose to use a different payment option and “Place Order” you will have 2 separate orders. So go to “My Account” and select “orders” to cancel the duplicate. Payments methods are interchangable.

PROMO/COUPON CODE

If you have a discount code, please enter it in the “Have A Coupon?” section just below the Checkout title.

Buy Nows

After purchasing on our strains page “Buy Now” and adding items to your cart, you will automatically see the items in your cart. You can combine auctions and buy nows into one order. It should be noted that the order may consist of MAX. 12 auctions and/or buy now items.

My Cart

Here, you can gather all the items you wish to purchase. From your cart, you can then checkout by clicking the ”Proceed to Checkout” button.

Payment Instructions

Follow the details and payment instructions given on the final page at checkout so things can be processed efficiently for both parties! In case you missed the instructions on this page you can find them all on the main menu in “Payment Options”.

Order status

After placing your order, you will receive an email and it will automatically be uploaded into your orders section of “My Account“.
